Terms of Service

Services

Moreport provides consulting, advisory, reporting, branding, and digital services, including but not limited to sustainability reporting, corporate reporting, investor relations, and digital design services. All services are delivered on a professional, best-effort basis and may be subject to separate written agreements or proposals.

Fees and Payments

Fees are agreed upon in advance via proposal, invoice, or payment link. Payments may be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Moreport does not store or process card details directly.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of professional services, payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Any exceptions are at Moreport’s sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, designs, and deliverables produced by Moreport remain the intellectual property of Moreport until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for their intended business purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moreport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
